How to Downgrade/Update Windows to a Specific Version 

1. Download the ISO file you need here: 
   • https://tb.rg-adguard.net/public.php
2. Format a USB drive (minimum 8GB) to FAT32: 
   • https://www.windowscentral.com/how-format-usb-flash-drive-windows-10
3. Download Rufus (it is free): 
   • https://rufus.ie/
4. Insert your USB drive
5. Run the Rufus application
6. Choose your USB drive from the "Device" menu
7. Choose Disk or ISO image from the "Boot selection" menu
8. SELECT the ISO file you downloaded from #1
9. Click START
10. Boot your PC to BIOS (this process differs for every PC- Google is your best friend)
11. Choose the USB drive as the highest priority in your boot order
12. Save changes and exit 
13. Install Windows according to the instructions. If prompted, choose "Custom: Install Windows only (advanced)" and "Home" (instead of Professional, Education, Enterprise, etc.)
