After I downloaded the files, I contacted the support team to get set up. I received a very fast answer (less than 10 minutes) and they walked me through the steps to get the files running. They also waited me to check if the program was running as expected. Sadly for me, the program was not working on my Windows setup. So the support team asked me to use TeamViewer in order to fix the problem. They connected to my computer, and after a few minutes they got the program working... So what I want to clarify here, is that the support team answered and executed in a very professional way.
